Why Vesta

Three things that make the difference day to day

This is not an inventory system with a production module bolted on. The focus is the whole chain, from the raw material coming in to the finished goods going out.

Production at the core

Almost every system treats the plant floor as an add-on module. Here it is the core: you plan the week, follow every process and see what is happening on the floor at any moment.

Up and running in days

You import your catalogs from the Excel files you already have, with a preview of what gets created and what gets updated before anything is saved. No consultancy, no months of implementation.

Control over every piece

Stock movements, production, dispatches and the main catalogs are recorded by the database itself: previous value, new value, who and when.

What it covers

Stock, production and logistics in one place

Stock

What you have, where it is and how much is left. Raw material, semi-finished and finished goods, each one with its own warehouse and the expiry date of every batch in plain sight.

Production

You plan what gets made and when, follow every process and record what was actually produced and consumed.

Logistics

You prepare the dispatches, follow them through to the customer and know at any moment what shipped and what is still pending.

The full cycle

Today each stretch lives in a different Excel file and nobody knows which one is valid. Here what you record in one module feeds the next one in the same operation, and the dashboards read that very same data.

  1. The raw material comes in

The receipt is recorded with its batch, its expiry date and its exact position in the warehouse.

  2. Production runs

When you log the production report, the system deducts the raw material according to the recipe and puts the finished goods away.

  3. The dispatch goes out

The shipment is assembled, the stock is deducted and the order changes status on its own.

In detail

The features, one by one

Plan and produce

  • The order builds the Gantt

Confirming an order generates the scheduling cards by itself.

  • Recipes with multiple outputs

A production report can yield more than one product and record the scrap.

  • The numbers of your operation

Demand, raw material, dispatches and production load, with filters and detail one click away.

  • Export to Excel

The main lists download to Excel with one click.

Stock and logistics

  • Three stock states

Raw material, semi-finished and finished goods, each with its own warehouse.

  • FEFO, FIFO or LIFO consumption

You choose which batch gets consumed first: the one expiring soonest, the oldest, or the newest.

  • Physical inventory count

You count, see the difference against the system, and stock is adjusted.

  • Picking is done by scanning

A QR-coded label per package; every scan adds the exact quantity of that package.

  • Delivery note in PDF

Generated with every dispatch. Not valid as an invoice.

  • The day's deliveries

You order the stops by dragging and open the finished route straight in Google Maps.

Control and security

  • Nobody sees more than they need

Three roles ready to use or 53 custom permissions, and the menu filters itself.

  • Your data never mixes with anyone else's

Each company sees only its own, and the cut is made in the database.

  • Two-factor login

With an authenticator app and recovery codes.

  • From your phone

It installs like an app, and you log receipts and consumption right there on the floor.

  • In three languages

The app and the manual, in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

The assistant

Ask Vesta

Anyone on the team asks how to do something and the assistant answers. No digging through the manual, no interrupting a colleague.
